1. Acceptance of Terms

Meinen’s LLC reserves all legal rights and remedies for nonpayment, including construction lien rights where applicable.

5. Online Payments

We accept online payments through QuickBooks payment processing services.

By submitting payment online:

You authorize payment processing through QuickBooks and its third-party payment providers.

You agree to any applicable processing terms imposed by QuickBooks.

Meinen’s LLC is not responsible for outages, transaction errors, or security breaches attributable to third-party payment processors.

6. Third-Party Service Software

We may use third-party service management software, including Jobber, for scheduling, invoicing, and customer communications.

By providing your information through our website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and stored through these third-party platforms in accordance with their respective policies.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are governed by the signed contract.

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered, labor is scheduled, or project commitments have been made.

Clients are responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

8. Permits and Compliance

Unless otherwise stated in writing, responsibility for obtaining permits will be specified in the signed contract. Meinen’s LLC will perform work in accordance with applicable Wisconsin building codes and regulations.

9. Warranties

Any warranties provided will be described in the written contract.

Except as expressly stated in writing, services are provided without additional warranties to the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meinen’s LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
